Products
We are manufacturing rotary twin lobe (roots) blowers (compressors) and water ring vacuum pumps for air and gas applications. We are also manufacturing the said equipments in special material of construction depending upon the application. These blowers and vacuum pumps deliver oil and other contamination free Air and Gas. We offer our clients, a comprehensive range of blowers (compressors) and water ring vacuum pumps, to meet their requisite requirements. Our manufacturing unit has the capacity to finish bulk orders in the given time frame.
Quality Assurance
We are firmly committed to high standards of quality and follow the dictum ''Quality is our Motto”. The production process is carried out under the supervision of experienced professionals & engineers using a Quality Assurance Plan. All blowers and vacuum pumps are subjected to stringent quality checks at every stage of production norms. That means we check the quality of our products right from selection of raw materials to final assembly and testing. The lobes (rotors) are dynamically balanced as per ISO: 1940, grade 6.3 to ensure the smooth running of blowers. The gears are duly case hardened and ground ensuring the quieter operation of blowers. The blowers and vacuum pumps are tested as per BS: 1571, Part-2.
